Your privacy is important to us. For this reason, we have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we treat information and our practices for using our Services.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of Users and Visitors. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices with respect to your use of the Site.
By accessing the Site and/or providing your Personal Data you will be deemed to have accepted and consented to the information processing, collection, handling and use practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, so you should check for updates.
All trademarks, names and logos, registered and unregistered, used on the Site and/or in the Products are used with our permission and/or with the permission of third parties holding rights to such trademarks, names and logos. Nothing contained or displayed on the Site and/or in the Products shall be construed or understood as granting any license or rights to use and/or distribute any trademarks (registered or unregistered), names and/or logos, without the express written consent of the respective rights holders of such trademarks, names and/or logos.
Personal Data You Provide Through the Site. No data, sensitive or otherwise, will be required from the Site Visitor while they are browsing the Site. We do require, collect and store data, most of it sensitive, when the Visitor chooses to create an Access Account.
Information We Collect Automatically. Our web servers may automatically collect usage information from you when you visit our Site. Usage information tells us how Visitors and Users use the Site, including the number and frequency of Visitors and Users to each web page, their IP addresses and the length of their stay. See more information below under “Information Collection Tools”.
We use commonly used information collection tools, such as “cookies” and “web beacons”, to collect information as you browse the Site (the “Information Collection Tools”). This Section describes the types of Information Collection Tools used on the Site and how such information may be used.
“Cookies”. We use cookies to make interactions with the Site easy and relevant. When you visit the Site, our servers send a “cookie” to your computer. By themselves, cookies do not identify you personally; cookies merely recognize your web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself, when you respond to a promotional offer, open an Access Account or fill in a network form, you remain anonymous.
We use “cookies” that are based on a session and/or “permanent cookies”. Session cookies only exist for the duration of a session. These cookies disappear from your computer when you close your browsing software or turn off your computer. Permanent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer. Please note that if you disable your web browser's ability to accept cookies, you may be able to browse our Site, but some features of the Services may not work. You can uninstall cookies at any time via the configuration options of your browser.
“Web Beacons”. We use “web beacons” alone or in conjunction with “cookies” to compile information about Users and about Visitors' use of the Site and interaction with e-mails we send. “Web beacons” are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as “cookies”, when you have visited a specific “website” linked to the “web beacon”, and a description of a “website” linked to the “web beacon”. For example, we may place “web beacons” in “marketing” emails that notify us when you click on a “link” in the email that directs you to the Site. We use “web beacons” to operate and improve the Site and email communications.
IP addresses. When you visit the Site, we collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, we use IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Users and/or Visitors navigate the Site. We also collect IP addresses from Users when Users access the Services.
Information collected by “cookies” and similar technologies is treated as non-personal information, except to the extent that, under local laws, IP addresses (or similar identifiers) are considered “Personal Data”.
We use your Personal Data to:
- deliver support;
- prevent and detect security threats and other malicious activities;
- send you communications such as Product information, educational projects, account summaries, promotional offers and surveys;
- customize, analyze and improve communication with you;
- protecting the rights of third parties, including preventing fraud and other illegal activities;
- contact you as permitted by you in the “Terms of Use”;
- protect the security or integrity of the Site, our business and our Products; and/or
- otherwise as disclosed to you at the time of collection of your Personal Data.
For these purposes, we may combine the Personal Data you provide to us through the Site with other information about you that is available to us, including information about your use of the Site and information from other sources.
More information on how we use your Personal Data can be found in the Terms of Use, available at https://animapic.com/termsofuse.
Service Providers. We may share your information with our contracted service providers so that such service providers can provide services to us and/or on our behalf. Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we may not share, sell, rent or trade any information with third parties for the promotional purposes of such third parties.
To Companies in Our Group of Companies. To facilitate our global operations, to help us improve the content of the Site and to enable us to provide you with the Products you have requested, we may transfer the information collected to companies in our group of companies around the world.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, receivership, bankruptcy, liquidation, sale of DCPC assets, or transition of the Site to another provider, your Personal Data and other information may be transferred to a successor or parent, subsidiary or affiliate as part of that transaction along with other assets.
International Transfer of Collected Information. To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and process your Personal Data around the world. By accessing the Site or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information within the Federative Republic of Brazil and to other countries and territories, which may have privacy laws that differ from those of your country of residence.
